Electrothermal technologies for pharmaceutical granulation: new possibilities for machinery and processes

Microwave, radio frequency and induction are the electrothermal technologies that can offer new prospects for energy transfer and control in pharmaceutical granulation processes, particularly in those stages where heat input is integral to the process, such as drying, conditioning and melting. For companies that develop production lines and machinery, this opens up real opportunities to make the granulation process faster, more controllable and more efficient.

English: EMPowerMet: Europe’s Circular Titanium Future

EMPowerMet is a European project focused on developing a more circular, energy-efficient and resilient titanium value chain. By combining advanced recycling and manufacturing technologies, the project will transform titanium scrap and end-of-life components into new high-performance products. inovaLab will contribute by developing a localised induction heating system designed to reduce crack formation risks and minimise energy consumption.
